Broken or smashed windows

A broken window is an immediate security and weather risk. We board up the same day and arrange a replacement sealed unit matched to your existing glass. If the frame or hardware is also damaged, we sort that at the same time.

Door won't lock

Usually a failed multipoint mechanism or a broken euro cylinder. We carry the common genuine branded locks on the van and can replace a failed lock the same day in most cases. Replacement cylinders are anti-snap as standard.

Forced entry and break-in damage

After a break-in you need the property secure quickly. We repair or replace damaged frames, locks, hinges and glass, and upgrade the entry point — anti-snap cylinders, Secured by Design hardware — so it is more secure than before.

Jammed or stuck doors

If a door is jammed shut or open, the mechanism may have seized or a part has broken and jammed the locking points. We can usually free the door without damaging it and fix the underlying cause.

Storm and weather damage

High winds can damage hinges, tear restrictors or crack glass. Call us if windows or doors are no longer closing or sealing after bad weather.
