Doors and windows

Stiff or dropped conservatory doors, failed locks and handles, and windows that will not open or lock. We repair the same UPVC and aluminium hardware we work on across the rest of the home.

Misted and failed sealed units

Conservatory roofs and side frames hold a lot of glass, and those sealed units mist up just like any other. We replace failed units in the existing frames.

Leaks and seals

Leaks usually come from perished seals, failed roof gaskets, or worn capping and flashing where the roof meets the walls. We trace the source and renew the seals to stop the water.

Draughts and alignment

We re-seal draughty frames, realign doors that have dropped, and replace perished gaskets to bring the room back to comfortable.

Repair, not replace

Most conservatory problems are sealing, glazing or hardware issues, not structural ones. A targeted repair is far cheaper than a new conservatory or a full roof replacement, and we will always quote the repair first.
