Process

Our installation process

Free survey: we visit, measure, talk through options and give you a detailed written quote.

Manufacture: once you confirm, your made-to-measure frames and glass are ordered — typically 2–4 weeks.

Installation: we remove the old units, fit the new ones, seal, trim and finish, and take away all waste. Dust sheets throughout. We can usually fit a whole home in a day and a half.

Aftercare: manufacturer product warranty plus our 10-year guarantee, and a FENSA certificate for qualifying work.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

No. There is no call-out charge and no deposit on residential work. We assess the problem, give you a fixed price, and only then do you decide whether to go ahead.

Can you repair my window or door the same day?

Usually, yes. We carry the most common handles, locks, hinges and seals on the van, so the majority of repairs are completed in a single visit. Made-to-measure glass units take a few days as they are built to order.

Do I really need a whole new window or door?

Rarely. Most problems come down to one failed part — a handle, a lock, a hinge or a sealed unit. Replacing that part is far cheaper than a new window, and we will always tell you honestly when a repair is and isn’t worth it.
