Multipoint lock failures

Multipoint locks are the main system on UPVC and composite doors, engaging hooks or rollers at several points. When the central gearbox fails, the door will not lock or feels stiff and gritty. We strip out the failed mechanism and fit a direct replacement.

Door handles

Loose, snapped or stiff handles are an everyday repair for us. UPVC handles come in specific sizes (measured by the PZ distance), and we carry a wide range to match yours on site.

Dropped doors

A door that drags or no longer closes flush has usually dropped on its hinges. We adjust or replace the hinges and rehang the door. On heavier composite doors we often upgrade to heavy-duty flag hinges so it does not happen again.

Euro cylinder replacement

If your key sticks, snaps, or turns without engaging, the euro cylinder needs replacing. We fit anti-snap, anti-bump, anti-drill cylinders as standard — also the first thing to sort if you have just moved in and want old keys made useless.

Alignment, cat flaps and accessories

We realign doors that catch or let draughts in, and we fit cat flaps, letterboxes, spy holes and replacement handles and knockers.
